Password unlock: You enter the correct code to open the smart door lock. To prevent others from seeing your password, you can have the correct password prefixed with a fake password. For example, the correct password is 876848. You can add 465768 in front and 876413 in the back.

You can enter these fake passwords arbitrarily.

When the door lock has no electricity, you can power the door lock through USB to open the door. You can also use the key to open the door.Keys and USB are hidden in the back of this lid.

1.Open the app, click on the "+" button to add a device, and then select "Smart Lock - Visual Intelligent Lock.

2.Reset the device or enter the device management interface, and select the first binding method:Display QR code.
3.Please use your phone to scan the QR code on the display screen inside the lock.
4.After successfully scanning the QR code, you will automatically be redirected to the WiFi connection interface. Please enter your WiFi name and password.
Note: Only 2.4GHz WiFi frequency band is supported. Please check if your router is set to the 2.4GHz frequency band.
